ABOUT
Growth doesn’t have to be cold, corporate, or overwhelming. It can be intentional, creative, and deeply human. Who we are, where we’ve been, and where we come from tell the story of who we are becoming.
The name Savour Co. came from a deep desire to make the most of every moment. We believe the best way to do that is to show up, be seen, and work on our stuff. Our goal is to help people build awareness of who they are, so they can grow and fully experience life.
We do it differently at Savour Co. Every experience is designed with people in mind, how they learn, lead, and feel. We draw from psychology, creativity, brain science, and lived experience to help you unlock the next version of who you’re becoming.
I'm the founder of Savour Co., coach, facilitator, psychologist-in-training, and someone endlessly curious about what shapes us into who we are. That curiosity drives me to get to the heart of things. Whether we’re talking about leadership, life, or the quiet thought you haven’t said out loud yet, I want to help you understand it, feel it, and grow through it.
I create cozy, joyful, and safe spaces where people reconnect with what matters most. I believe the best conversations happen over a great dinner, and I’m known to show up with laughter, a book recommendation, and a dad joke or pun that I will probably find funnier than you do.
I believe in the power of being seen, for who you are, not just what you do. I trust that growth happens in both the heavy and light parts of life, and in the moments we choose to stay present, becoming more of who we are.
If you’re ready for that kind of life, I want to help you get there.

Creativity
I’m creative. I know there is no one-size-fits-all when it comes to this work, and I work hard to make sure our work together reflects who you are.

Knowledge
I’ve studied—A LOT. I have a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, and I’m currently pursuing a doctorate in Leadership Psychology. In addition, I'm a certified professional coach and a trained practitioner in multiple assessments.

Experience
I have career experience, beginning in the beauty industry working for Kenra Professional and Sephora, and later transitioning to tech at SurveyMonkey. I also have personal experience doing the kind of work I ask my clients to do. This work isn’t easy, and I know this because I’ve done it and still do it.
